Crane Migration Adventure

Inspired by Nancy Bates’ new Nebraska Hat design, which captures the beauty of the beloved crane migration. Join us for a day bus trip to view the Sandhill Cranes. Remember to bring your binoculars. Yes, we will have Nebraska Hat kits available to purchase.

Here is our tentative itinerary:
- March 1st, depart KPS at 8:30 am and return between 5 - 6 pm. Store will be open 7:30 - 8:30 for shopping.
- Travel on a 54-passenger Motor Coach to the Crane Trust in Wood River.
- Observe the Cranes along I-80 on our way to Kearney.
- Styling Your Shawl Workshop - bring a shawl and learn how to wear it from KPS staff.
- Visit "The Bricks" historic district in Kearney. Shop the boutiques and enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants

- The Chicken Coop
- The Alley Rose
- Fanatics Sports Bar and Grill
- The Golden Spoon Scoop Shop
- Includes transportation, breakfast fruit, cinnamon roll at the Crane Trust and afternoon popcorn snack.
- Trip is non-refundable once paid for but can be transferred to someone else should you not be able to attend. Weather cancellation is accounted for.
- Lunch will be your responsibility.
- Additional pick-up spots would be York and Grand Island. The cost remains the same.
