Set sail for a creative summer adventure with a cruise crochet class. In this fun, relaxed session, you will choose from the playful Catch of the Day Bag or the Boho Tassel Bag. We will share some stitching time while also learning about how to construct these adorable summer bags. Bring your sense of adventure (and your love of yarn), and get ready to crochet something uniquely yours while enjoying the laid-back spirit of our summer cruise theme.
Class: Let’s Crochet a Bag
Skill Level: Confident crocheter - this is not a learn to crochet class.
Must Know Beforehand: Confident crocheter, familiar with chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet, and double crochet.
Class Sessions: Two sessions

Supplies Needed:
- For the Catch of the Day Bag - Two skeins of Sirdar Stories Chuncky, US Size J hook, buttons for eyes
- For the Boho Tassel Bag - Two skeins of Blue Sky Organic Cotton Worsted Yarn, US Size H hook

Classes with fewer than three students will be canceled 72 hours before the start date, and participants will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued for canceling registration 72 hours before class.

| Instructor Bio: | I have been knitting and crocheting since I was a young girl. I tried learning on my own, but ended up learning from dear family members during holiday gatherings. I feel like my life is richer because of my ability to knit and crochet among other crafts. Sharing the joy of learning with those who come into my life makes me happy. I was blessed to teach elementary aged children for 30 years in the classroom as well as eager knitters, crocheters, needlepointers, and tatters in my life. Now, I get to continue to help others learn here at Knit Paper Scissors. I treasure the friendships I am making as I continue on this new adventure in my life. |
