March Sock Madness - 2022
Join us each Tuesday in March at 6 pm via zoom we will share tips and tricks for improving your sock knitting.
Knit socks and win prizes. Help us reach our goal of finishing at least 150 handmade socks.
Hear from designer Summer Lee Knits about the design process on Tuesday, March 8th.
We will be taking a tour of Jessicas dye studio (via zoom) on Tuesday, March 15th.
Mark your calendars for our first in person event for 2022... Sock Hop Friday, April 1st 5:00 - 7:30.
Each week will include tips and techniques for improving your sock knitting.

Work all month long to win…
First Time Sock Knitter - complete your very first pair of socks and receive our KPS Sock Camp stitch marker.
Top Three Knitters - most completed socks from March 1st - 31st. Ties will be broken by the number of socks that you knit from cast on to cast off during the month.
Ready Set Cast On Go - Can you knit a sock in a week? the pair? We will ring the starting bell on Monday March 15th - with show and tell the following Monday March 22nd. - Knit one complete sock - receive a Baby Bee. Knit one complete pair and receive a new center wind sock tool from Katrinkles.
Here are the details for Sock Madness
- Join us Sock Class zoom. Tuesday nights in March at 6:00 pm.
- For completed socks to count towards prizes they must be made with yarn purchased from KPS.
- Complete a sock(s) in the month of March and receive the 2022 KPS Sock Madness Katrinkles stitch marker. Completed fingering socks must be with yarn purchased at KPS. Your socks can be ones started prior to March.
- Our store goal is 150 completed socks. Two shortie socks count as one. Thicksgiving Socks will count.
- Send a picture or stop by the shop to show your completed sock.
- Put your name on our Sock wall and enter for our weekly giveaways.
- Celebration Shop Hop Party for all sock knitters - April 1st 5:00 - 7:30 pm at the shop. Grazing table from CL Creations, drinks served by Jessica from Lazy Bee Yarn. Sit and knit, shop and connect with other sock knitting enthusiasts.
